today was a great day
i started the morning off by packing a bowl of
then i headed over to martin's for a delicious protein smoothie filled with flaxseed and strawberries. it was a mighty treat. after we got our drank on we started our bike ride to chipotle. on the way there, i ran into the homie jon burke. he is kick ass. we then met jake v. along the way and continued our journey to the fine dining institue also known as chipotle. we made it there, ate, looked at the movies in target, and rode back. a very nice ride totaling 18 miles.
after a few hours of rest, i headed out with nicky and sebastian to meet chedwin and the homie badmouth at
for a delicious spread of vegan food. chillhedwin hates vegan food.
a satisfactory day to say the least
tomorrow i have school. i cant wait to see my favorite redhead.
